The grass is greener…… On the golf course!

The downside to travelling…..

So…… I like to think of myself as a pretty understanding and patient person, but “accascuse” me if I don’t think anyone is patient enough for my day so far. I don’t know what it is about San Francisco airport today but everyone I have encountered has been a horrible example of the “courtesy” they pledge. This morning I was just about deported (actually I was deported for a fair part of my morning and verbally abused), not because I didn’t get my i20 signed off correctly, but instead because there was a tear in my form which might I add was existing thanks to a previous customs officer I had dealt with in the past. You know, a fellow worker of yours! Little did I know though, that this physically minuscule but very significant tear showed my negligence and lack of concern for the US Embassy and what it does to protect the United States of America from overpopulating their pride and joy from terrifying criminals like myself. I guess the absence of criminal activity in my history was one of the more dangerous forms of code red to watch out for. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for America trying to serve and protect, but lady if you’re just having a bad day and you want to take it out on someone, try not doing to someone who has just sat a 12hour flight, missed her connecting flight and is now dealing with your temper tantrum just because my piece of paper I have had for four years isn’t pristine clean and glowing with vibes of safety and protection. It’s paper. It tears. Deal with it…….
