Back out at practice today after a little time out from the last tournament. Trying to get the feel in my wrists again. As you can see in this sequence, there is a break down in my wrists at impact and my weight is a little on my back foot. Nothing a few drills and practices wont be able to fix. 9 days out from our next tournament in Jacksonville, plenty of time to get my weight sequencing back. Although time out and rest on my wrist is really draining me mentally, its good to know it should be helping me physically. Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do, in order to get to places you’ve never been before. A hard lesson to learn, but an important one!
