From all the struggles to all the successes, I do not regret a single thing about coming to America to play for FIU on the college tour. I’ve learnt so much, I’ve experienced even more and most importantly, I have met people here that I will keep for a life time! These moments I can’t replace with anything! Thank you to everyone who has helped me endure my time here. I will forever be grateful. To my coach Joe Vogel who after four years I now call my friend, you are someone I would not be able to change to make any better. You have been my biggest asset here and I know I must’ve done something truly grand to deserve someone like you to walk into my life. My team mates I have had and especially the ones I will never lose contact with, you know who you are, I love you and I’m lucky to have met you. To the school for even giving me a chance in the first place, thank you because it has been a huge life changing experience for me! And my parents for forcing me to come here even though I was unwilling, I now understand what you meant when you said it’ll be the best time of your life! I’m lucky to have parents like you! Beyond lucky! To my friends, you were there at the start and you’re here at the end, I couldn’t ask for anything more! Every moment had been a blessing (or a blessing in disguise) and I’m grateful to have ended college life the way I have!
Where one thing ends, something better begins… Time to heal and then bring on the tour!
